一、商品企划运营与质量检核 1、建立并推行商品企划全流程的质量评价与检核机制，确保关键决策节点的输出质量，并能有效支撑车型的商业成功。 2、设计并实施多层级（如季度/年度评审、专项课题检查）的商品企划运营检核机制。通过项目关键阀点交付物的质量评审，系统性识别决策风险、流程断点与跨部门协作问题，并输出体系化的优化建议。 二、体系搭建及迭代 1、构建覆盖 “流程搭建 - 目标监控 - 执行检核 - 问题复盘 - 持续迭代” 的全链路质量管控体系； 2、主导共性问题的根因分析，提出改进建议，优化流程断点，协调跨部门推动闭环并验证改善效果； 三、中心跨部门能力建设 1、支持中心相关业务系统建设，探索并推动AI等智能技术在市场趋势分析、用户需求洞察、数据分析、文案生成等场景的提效使用。 2、根据公司及中心战略发展要求，承接与商品企划质量运营相关的流程优化、方法论沉淀及内部培训等能力建设任务。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、工业设计、市场营销、管理学或统计学等相关专业优先，需深刻理解整车开发流程，并熟悉产品定义、用户体验管理或数据驱动决策的相关方法论。 2. 5年以上汽车行业经验，具备质量运营、业务流程管理、产品经理或项目管理等领域经验。需完整参与过2个及以上整车项目的质量运营、项目管理、产品定义或用户体验定义工作。 3. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和风险识别敏感度。拥有出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够从用户视角和商业视角出发，敏锐洞察潜在风险。工作积极主动，具备优秀的团队协作精神和推动复杂问题解决的能力
