1、负责品牌总部抖音、视频号、小红书等官方主账号直播出镜主持与整场直播执行，配合直播全流程落地，与团队协同完成直播前期选题策划、流程彩排、脚本打磨、物料筹备等工作； 2、紧扣车型营销节奏、新车上市、政策活动、车型卖点等核心节点，打造总部官方调性直播内容，把控直播话术风格与直播间氛围，树立专业正规形象，提升直播间账号互动数据与促进留资； 3、直播过程中精准讲解用车场景，车型卖点，核心参数、购车政策、服务体系等核心内容，主动引导用户表单留资、私信咨询、表单留资、预约试驾，高效挖掘精准客户线索，助力引流客户到店提升终端成交转化； 4、每场直播结束后配合运营完成直播数据复盘，梳理流量、互动、留资、转化等核心数据，优化直播节奏、讲解话术、互动玩法与引流逻辑，持续提升官方账号直播带货及获客效能； 5、严格遵守各平台运营规则，规范总部官方账号直播言行、内容输出，维护专业主播统一形象，完成总部下达的直播场次、线索量、引流转化等各项运营指标； 6、参与总部新媒体内容规划，协同官方及IP等账号的选题构思、脚本撰写、实景拍摄及真人出镜拍摄；完成多平台短视频定时更新，日常维护平台评论区、及时回复用户咨询；定期复盘短视频播放、互动、引流等数据，优化内容方向与拍摄风格； 7、负责官方账号日常管理、内容发布、账号权重维护、后台消息打理，保障账号稳定高效运营。
