1、根据行业，消费者，竞争，自身分析，梳理技术品牌战略方向，梳理多品牌战略下各品牌技术的区隔与关系； 2、根据公司技术规划，负责建立和完善技术传播理念及传播体系（传播口号，核心信息，核心物料，营销规范）等； 3、根据技术传播理念和营销规范，明确并分解品牌在“技术可靠，技术领先”提升目标和分阶段动作；参与汽车品牌、各车型营销、品牌运营的策略梳理及落地；实施阶段进行监督并提供建议，促进品牌在消费者及行业中形成"技术可靠，技术领先“的口碑； 4、品牌护航，对内持续培训技术核心信息，技术理念及管理规范，共创各营销板块规范及核心创意；对外利用工具或调研资源，了解品牌在技术领先及技术可靠等维度表现。 5、对AI、数码、汽车技术及市场趋势保持敏锐的观察力，能基于行业及技术热点、产品特性进行产品技术的规划及营销策划。

岗位要求： 1、5年以上品牌营销和品牌策略相关工作经验，科技品类、电子消费品、汽车行业优先；有科技或企业品牌搭建经验，包括技术卖点挖掘，竞争分析及技术品牌传播的经验； 2、热爱汽车行业，对汽车行业竞争格局，发展趋势，技术趋势，消费人群区格维度等有独立见解，具有汽车或科技行业品牌策略、营销策略，战略管理，产品营销，产品经理等相关工作经验优先； 3、具有扎实的品牌策略框架理念基础及实操经验，掌握用户调研，品牌创意工作的核心方法；对各营销板块（传播，活动，数字营销，用户运营等）都有一定的业务认知； 4、良好的统筹管理能力、协调能力、沟通组织能力； 5、责任心强，乐于从事挑战性的工作。
