【岗位职责】 1、负责海外生产制造基地从 KD 件发运到海外工厂生产的全链条运营计划管理，跟踪订单、排产、发运、清关、到货、上线、交付等关键节点。 2、协同国内基地、物流、关务、采购、海外工厂及总代，推动 KD 件按计划供应，保障海外工厂生产连续性和交付达成。 3、建立并维护海外工厂运营绩效指标体系，包括生产计划达成率、交付达成率、库存周转、清关周期、异常闭环率等。 4、定期输出海外基地运营分析报告，识别计划偏差、库存风险、物流延误、生产瓶颈等问题，并推动改善。 5、负责重点课题推进，如新车型导入、产能爬坡、清关改善、库存优化、成本改善、质量问题闭环等专项工作。 6、梳理并优化海外生产运营流程，推动订单管理、计划管理、发运管理、库存管理、异常处理及会议机制标准化。 7、组织海外工厂相关运营例会、专题会议及跨部门协调会议，跟踪会议决议、责任人、时间节点和闭环进度。 8、负责海外工厂运营问题的横向拉通和资源协调，推动跨部门问题快速响应和落地解决。 9、支持海外基地运营体系建设，沉淀管理机制、流程文件、数据看板和复盘材料。

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理、机械工程等相关专业优先。 2、具备汽车行业、制造业、供应链计划、生产计划、运营管理或海外工厂项目管理相关经验优先。 3、熟悉 KD/CKD/SKD 业务模式，了解零部件出口、国际物流、海外清关、海外工厂生产及整车交付流程者优先。 4、具备较强的计划管理能力，能够围绕订单、物料、生产、物流和交付节点进行全流程跟踪和风险预警。 5、具备良好的数据分析和运营分析能力，能独立搭建指标、分析问题并输出改善建议。 6、沟通协调能力强，逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备结果导向和抗压能力。 7、具备英语沟通能力者优先，可支持海外工厂或海外合作伙伴日常沟通。
