The posting

1、负责自动驾驶车载摄像头（前视、环视、侧视、后视、DMS/OMS等）的画质主客观评测工作，搭建车载影像测试环境（暗室、户外道路、标定场等），执行覆盖全场景（白天/夜晚、逆光、隧道进出、雨雪雾、强光眩光等）的画质测试用例，输出规范的画质评测报告，对车载影像成像质量负责。 2、建立并持续完善自动驾驶画质测试体系与评测标准，针对ADAS/自动驾驶感知算法对图像质量的需求，设计可量化的评测方案（如清晰度、动态范围、色彩还原、噪点、鬼影、畸变、延时等指标），跟踪车载影像行业标准（如ISO、国标、主机厂企标）及认证要求，牵引产品画质竞争力提升。 3、与ISP调试、算法团队紧密协作，复现、定位画质类问题（如夜间噪点过多、HDR效果不佳、运动模糊、拼接错位等），分析根因并推动问题高效闭环，协助完成车载摄像头模组选型、ISP参数调试与画质优化，确保成像效果满足感知算法输入要求及量产交付标准。 4、负责实验室测试设备（如Imatest、色卡、光源系统、转台等）及车载数据采集设备的日常维护与管理，主动引进或开发自动化画质测试工具与方法（如基于Python/OpenCV的图像质量自动检测脚本），提升测试效率与整体产出。 5、参与自动驾驶产品前期策划、传感器选型、设计评审工作，从画质角度提出改进建议，跟进路测反馈并回溯研发过程，持续提升车载影像系统质量。 6、了解机器视觉图像质量评估知识，兼顾主观画质评审与客观量化，可参与自动化机器视觉画质评估平台搭建;

2、1-3年以上画质评测/相机测试相关工作经验，有车载摄像头测试、ADAS/自动驾驶感知算法对接经验或ISP调试经验者优先；熟悉车载影像完整工作链路者可直接上手。 3、熟悉车载摄像头硬件与画质算法基本原理，了解ISP pipeline架构及模块功能（如3A算法、HDR、LTM、降噪、锐化等），对清晰度、色彩、噪声、动态范围、鬼影、畸变等画质维度有深刻理解； 4、熟练使用Imatest、ImageJ、Photoshop等图像分析软件，能独立完成主客观画质数据分析，熟悉PSNR/SSIM/VMAF等画质评估指标； 5、具备Python/C++等至少一种编程能力，能编写脚本实现自动化测试或数据处理，熟悉OpenCV视觉图像处理者优先； 6、熟悉Sony/OmniVision/安森美等车载传感器特性，了解高通/英伟达/地平线等主流芯片平台ISP调试工具者优先； 7、了解自动驾驶感知算法对图像质量的需求，熟悉车载图像处理标准及测试规范。 8、有机器视觉评估经验者优先；
