The posting

1、 负责新能源汽车售后商业化整体业务规划与落地执行，包括售后增值服务、精品销售、延保产品、维保套餐、车主社群商业化等全品类售后商业项目的运营管理； 2、 调研新能源汽车车主消费需求与市场竞品售后商业化模式，结合品牌售后体系特点，制定针对性的商业化产品推广方案、营销活动策划与执行策略； 3、 对接各线下售后门店，统筹售后商业化业务的培训、督导与赋能，指导门店落地商业化项目，提升门店商业化运营能力与业绩达成率； 4、 负责售后商业化业务数据监控与分析，包括营收、毛利、转化率等核心指标，定期出具数据分析报告，针对性优化运营策略，解决业务推进中的问题； 5、 结合新能源汽车特性（如三电系统维修、电池养护、智能座舱服务等），探索集团新业务（机器人、飞行汽车等）的商业化融合，创新售后商业化产品与服务模式，打造差异化售后商业服务体系，提升客户粘性与品牌口碑； 6、 协同售后客服、技术、备件等部门，打通售后全流程服务链路，保障商业化业务与基础售后服务无缝衔接，提升客户整体服务体验。

1、 本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车工程或相关专业优先； 2、 5年及以上汽车行业售后管理工作经验，其中，3年及以上主机厂或大型汽车经销商集团售后经营经验，有新能源汽车售后商业化、售后增值业务运营、汽车精品/延保销售管理经验者优先；有传统豪华品牌/新势力车企售后商业化工作经历优先； 3、 有独立开发并成功落地运营的项目案例及业务操盘经验，了解多种类型的车主用车习惯，对汽车服务行业发展趋势有符合规律的见解； 4、 能熟练搭建业务分析看板，具备优秀的数据分析能力，能通过数据洞察业务问题，制定优化方案； 5、 有较强的自驱性，工作积极主动，结果导向。
