岗位概述： 负责自动驾驶与机器人场景的空间智能算法研发，围绕三维重建、空间理解与生成式数据方向，建设数据构建、模型训练、算法评估与优化的完整能力闭环，为核心业务场景提供算法支持。

岗位职责 1、参与算法研发与模型训练 负责三维场景重建、空间理解、视频/生成式数据等方向的算法研发与迭代，提升模型几何精度、时空一致性与泛化能力； 2、参与数据质量评估体系建设 建立重建与生成数据的质量评估标准、指标体系与问题归因机制，支撑模型训练与算法优化闭环； 3、参与数据生产流程优化 构建或优化面向感知、规划、场景理解等任务的数据生产流程，提升数据覆盖度与多样性，补全复杂及长尾场景； 4、参与生成式数据探索与落地 探索图像/视频/3D生成、仿真合成等方式构建训练与评测数据，提升生成数据质量，推动在实际训练与评测中的应用； 5、参与技术方案设计与跨团队协作 与算法、数据、工程、产品团队协作，推动技术方案设计、数据标准制定与算法能力的系统化落地。

1、研究生及以上学历，计算机、AI、自动化、机器人、测绘遥感等相关专业； 2、在三维重建、空间理解、视频生成、生成式数据、自动驾驶或机器人方向中至少一个方向有完整项目经验； 3、具备较强的算法问题拆解与系统性分析能力，能提出可落地的优化方案； 4、具备工程化能力，可独立完成数据处理、模型训练、评估与实验 pipeline 开发； 5、具备较强的论文阅读与方法复现能力，能快速判断前沿技术的落地价值； 6、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推进能力。

加分项 1、有图像/视频/3D生成、合成数据或仿真数据相关经验； 2、有自动驾驶、机器人、具身智能等相关项目经验； 3、有从 0 到 1 搭建算法训练、数据生产或生成式数据 pipeline 的经验； 4、在相关方向有高质量论文、开源项目、竞赛成果或产品落地经验。
