1. 负责下一代合成数据与数字世界（Digital World）生成体系的整体架构设计与技术演进，支撑自动驾驶、机器人与具身智能方向的大规模模型训练、仿真与评测； 2. 主导 Digital City、数字孪生（Digital Twin）、世界模型（World Model）等方向的核心能力建设，打造高真实感、高可扩展性的虚拟世界生成与闭环仿真体系； 3. 负责三维/四维场景重建相关算法与系统研发，包括多视角三维重建、Gaussian Splatting、NeRF、SLAM/SfM、时空场景建模等方向，构建大规模空间理解与重建能力； 4. 构建面向感知、预测、规划、VLA 与机器人模型训练的合成数据生产引擎，实现高质量、高效率、低成本的数据生成与交付； 5. 探索生成式 AI、Diffusion、World Model、Physics Simulation 等技术在仿真与数据生成领域的落地，推动数据闭环向自动化与智能化方向演进； 6. 搭建面向 Digital City 的闭环仿真体系，实现问题场景复现、模型回放验证、长尾问题挖掘与自动化评测能力； 7. 与自动驾驶算法、机器人、仿真平台、数据 Infra 与训练平台团队深度协作，推动合成数据与真实数据体系的融合与规模化应用； 8. 定义合成数据质量标准与评测体系，持续优化真实性、多样性、泛化性与 Sim2Real 效果，提升模型训练收益； 9. 负责合成数据平台与团队建设，推动核心技术平台化、工程化与规模化落地，形成长期演进能力。

1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人、计算机视觉、图形学等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 具备合成数据、仿真系统、三维视觉、神经渲染或具身智能相关领域的研发经验； 3. 深入理解三维重建与空间建模相关技术，包括但不限于 SfM、SLAM、NeRF、Gaussian Splatting、Differentiable Rendering、Photogrammetry 等方向； 4. 有 Digital Twin、Digital City、仿真平台或大规模虚拟场景生成相关项目经验者优先； 5. 熟悉多模态大模型、世界模型、生成式 AI、Diffusion、强化学习等前沿技术方向，对数据驱动的模型训练体系有深入理解； 6. 具备大规模分布式系统、数据生成平台或高性能渲染系统的研发经验，能够推动复杂系统工程化落地； 7. 熟悉 Unreal Engine、Unity、Omniverse、物理仿真引擎或图形渲染管线者优先； 8. 具备优秀的系统架构能力与跨团队协作能力，能够推动复杂技术项目从研究到生产落地； 9. 对具身智能、世界模型、数字世界生成等方向有持续热情与技术探索能力。
