1. 作为海外市场增程&热管理系统售后问题负责人，推动质量问题改善和疑难问题技术支持； 2. 负责海外市场售后问题信息收集与分析，识别质量问题及市场风险，跟踪并推动问题改善闭环； 3. 负责海外市场疑难问题技术支持，按时响应并输出维修方案，确保客户车辆问题快速解决； 4. 负责编制并发布售后问题维修案例、技术公告、管理公告等，提升售后团队整体能力。

1. 3年以上主机厂或零部件企业（增程、混动或发动机系统）售后技术或质量相关工作经验； 2. 熟悉售后问题收集、分析及质量改善流程； 3. 具备增程系统故障诊断分析能力，熟练使用用CAN信号分析工具者优先； 4. 具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能跨部门推动复杂问题解决，逻辑思维清晰，执行力强； 5. 优秀的跨文化沟通能力，英语读写熟练，口语可基本交流.
