【岗位职责】 1.负责市场故障件的问题状态确认和基础分析（包括故障件装车确认、使用工具设备等对故障件进行测试）； 2.负责市场问题相关项目的实操测试验证。（验证方案设计、实施、总结）； 3.实验室现场管理（制度流程管理、优化、审核应对，设备/车辆/场地等硬件的管理）； 4.外出调查（出差到问题发生地对车辆问题进行调查，或到肇庆旧件仓库进行零件挑选及抽查）； 5.完成其它上级安排任务。

【任职要求】 1.专科及以上学历(本科优先）； 2.车辆拆装动手能力强，有3年以上新能源车辆实操拆解经验； 3.实验设计/店端新能源车维修主管/主机厂一次解析/实验室管理/可独立拆装三电系统的经验优先； 4.熟练运用办公软件，具备文书及报告的组织编写能力； 5.具备良好的执行力及学习能力，愿意与团队共同成长、共同探索、挑战新的业务模式。
