1. 参与电气配电控制板硬件设计开发工作，协助完成原理图、器件选型等相关任务； 2. 协助团队梳理电气配电控制板硬件架构，配合输出系统相关需求文档； 3. 参与电气配电功率板器件选型、Layout 检查、方案评审工作，完成分配的硬件设计任务； 4. 配合其他控制器开展协同对接，协助落实控制方案落地导入； 5. 协助编制控制板测试大纲、整理测试计划，跟进测试执行，记录测试问题，推动问题闭环； 6. 协助硬件相关质量问题的信息收集、复现、分析，配合团队完成问题整改。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化等相关专业； 2. 有 OBC/DCDC/PCS/PMS 任意一类电源硬件相关实习或项目经验优先； 3. 了解电源配电系统基础架构，熟悉 MOS、IC、MCU、阻容等常用电子元器件基础特性，能够在指导下完成器件选型、参与方案评审； 4. 了解硬件电路板开发测试基本流程，能够协助编写测试文档，可识别基础测试问题，在导师带领下跟进问题闭环； 5. 具备基础的硬件问题排查、分析能力，愿意学习硬件故障定位方法； 6. 具备良好沟通理解能力，执行力强，有较好的文档输出、协同推进意识，愿意学习电池配电硬件相关技术； 7.专业对口的26届，25届，24届毕业的硕士/博士也可接受。
