1. 负责车辆横、纵向运动学、动力学建模及参数辨识，支持仿真与车端算法优化需求； 2. 设计和实现车辆控制算法，负责算法方案验证、软件部署、性能调试及相关问题分析与解决； 3. 深入理解车辆传感器和底层执行器特性(IPB/IPU/EMB/ESP)，持续优化各任务场景下的控制性能，提升整车驾乘体验； 4. 与上游算法及整车团队协同，持续拓展自动驾驶ODD边界，支撑L4自动驾驶核心控制算法迭代。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、控制工程、自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的经典与现代控制理论基础，熟练掌握 LQR、MRAC、ADRC、MPC 等控制算法； 2. 熟练掌握相关观测器设计，对优化理论有良好的理解掌握； 3. 熟悉 Linux 环境，熟练使用 C++ 、C 和 Python 等编程语言，掌握常用开发工具链； 4. 深刻理解车辆动力学及底层执行器特性，具备丰富的横纵向控制算法开发和工程实践经验； 5. 良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备团队协作意识与较强的沟通能力。
