1. 负责对公融资项目的风险尽调，穿透核查企业及实控人的财务报表、经营流水、征信及法务涉诉情况，客观评估其实质性还款能力； 2. 独立出具风险审查报告，明确风险缓释及增信要求；权限内独立完成审批决策，超权限项目负责向大额委员会/管理委员会进行专业汇报； 3. 针对不合理的业务诉求能有效沟通，并提供具备商业可行性的融资方案优化建议； 4. 深度评估租赁物资产质量，严控标的物权属清晰度、估值合理性及二手市场快速变现能力； 5. 负责存量对公资产的动态监控，关注行业动向及企业经营异动，落实租后排查，实现早期风险信号的精准捕捉与拦截。

1. 学历及专业： 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财务、会计、法律等相关专业优先，2.5年以内工作经验。 2. 工作经验：具有商业银行（对公信贷部）、融资租赁公司等金融机构的对公信审/风控实操经验。 3. 专业技能： - 具备扎实的财务分析能力，能熟练识别财务粉饰及报表交叉检验； - 熟悉人民银行征信系统、企查查/天眼查等大数据风控工具的应用； - 熟悉融资租赁业务逻辑（直租/售后回租）、相关法律法规及合同法。 4. 对特定行业（如：新能源汽车/机器人/evtol等）有一定认知，了解相关租赁物的残值及二手处置逻辑。 5. 具备较强的文字表达及报告撰写能力；原则性强，抗压能力出色；具备良好的跨部门沟通与谈判能力。 【加分项】 1. 拥有CPA（注册会计师）、CFA、FRM或通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先。 2. 具有四大会计师事务所审计经验，后转入金融风控行业者优先。
