业务背景/需要解决的问题： 触觉是人形机器人实现灵巧操作和安全交互的核心感知能力。当前业界存在压阻、电容、压电、电磁、磁性和视觉基等多条换能路线，各条路线在灵敏度、量程、迟滞、漂移、可扩展性和成本上的取舍不同，尚未收敛出统一方案；同时触觉传感器在关节和末端承受动态载荷，其标定方法和失效模式与常规电子件差异明显。 我们希望招募一位触觉传感前瞻研究专家，负责下一代触觉方案从换能原理判断、指标定义、标定表征到样件验证的完整预研。这个岗位需要把传感机理、材料工艺和应用工况连接起来，将触觉从技术判断转化为可验证、可交付给项目开发的成熟方案。

职位描述： 1. 负责触觉技术路线的评估与选型，覆盖压阻、电容、压电、电磁、磁性和视觉基等换能原理，结合材料前沿进展和应用需求输出路线判断及依据； 2. 结合机器人抓取、操作和行走工况完成触觉需求的指标分解，明确维度、量程、分辨率、点阵密度、串扰、迟滞和漂移等指标要求； 3. 建立触觉传感器的标定与表征方法，定义力、空间、温度和时间维度的标定方案、测试治具与合格判据； 4. 推动预研样件的设计、打样和实测，表征传感器在运动、振动和温度变化等实际工况下的性能与失效边界，形成可复用的表征数据； 5. 负责多维力、电子皮肤、新敏感材料等新原理和新模态的可行性研究，明确能力边界、工程化难点和引入条件； 6. 负责触觉供应商的技术评估，制定技术条款、验收判据和专项验证要求，推动方案差距的澄清与闭环； 7. 主导与高校、研究所的联合研究，设定研究题目、评估成果的工程可用性并推动技术成果转化，结合预研形成专利和技术储备； 8. 建立预研向项目开发的交接标准，明确各阶段验收判据、技术里程碑和遗留风险，推动成熟方案转入产品开发。

岗位职责： 1. 硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子工程、材料科学、精密仪器、机械或相关专业，5 年以上传感器研发经验，博士优先； 2. 掌握压阻、电容、压电、电磁、磁性或视觉基中的多种换能原理，理解灵敏度、量程、迟滞、温漂和串扰之间的取舍机制，能够横向比较不同路线的物理限制； 3. 完整主导过传感器产品从原理验证、样件开发到工程落地的开发周期，具备从原理到实物的动手能力； 4. 熟练掌握传感器静态和动态特性的评价方法，能够独立设计标定与验证方案，并根据测试数据反推设计与工艺的优化方向； 5. 理解机器人操作和抓取场景，能够把应用工况转化为传感器指标要求，并与运控、操作和算法团队完成需求对齐； 6. 具备传感器选型和技术验收经验，能够识别供应商方案中的举证缺失和风险项，在性能、成本与可制造性之间形成技术决策； 7. 能够自主设定研究方向的优先级、里程碑和投入边界，具备跨电子、软件、结构和算法团队推动指标与接口落地的协同能力。

加分项： - 有三维力、点阵式触觉或电子皮肤的开发经验； - 具备两种以上换能路线的实作经验； - 熟悉 FPC、层压、印刷、微纳加工等柔性电子工艺； - 有视觉基触觉的光学结构、弹性体材料或图像处理经验； - 有触觉仿真建模或 sim-to-real 差距量化经验； - 有与高校、研究机构的联合研究合作经验； - 有传感器方向的专利撰写经验。
