1、聚焦研发与制造协同，推动产品标准化、简约化、轻量化、模块化设计。通过优化可制造性，降低物料BOM成本，提升总装及分装效率，实现全生命周期精益升级。 2、主动跟踪汽车及跨行业（消费电子、航空、AI装备）的模块化架构、智能自适应装配、柔性产线等前沿技术；梳理工艺应用图谱，结合中长期规划，筛选并导入可落地、可复用的创新设计方案。 3、在车型开发前期，基于制造工时最小化目标，主导零件模块化跨域融合设计（如集成式热管理、多合一动力总成）、模块化装配委外策略及低成本自动化设备的产品适配改造，从源头定义制造便利性。 4、主导精益制造相关标准、流程、规范的建立与更新，包括模块化设计分级标准、装配基准、DFM模型评审体系，并预留模块化接口通用化的扩展空间，平滑对接未来混线生产或智能制造模式。

1、本科及以上，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业（交叉学科背景优先）。 2、6年以上整车研发、制造工艺或Tier1零部件开发经验，具备完整项目全流程经历；有模块化平台或智能制造产线规划经验者优先。 3、精通Catia、Auto CAD；熟悉PFMEA、VA/VE方法论。 4、具备技术敏锐度与跨界学习能力，能快速转化外部新技术； 5、具备出色的跨部门（研发/采购/质量/制造）协同与推动能力，能以数据驱动决策；
