The posting

负责构建并运营全域安全应急指挥体系，编列各类应急预案和组织应急事件处置指挥协同工作，统筹突发事件应急处置与风险防控，署理24小时情报信息收集研判及发布机制，有效开展线上区域安全管理工作，为组织安全韧性建设提供支撑。

1. 主导安全应急指挥体系建设，制定应急管理政策、标准与流程，涵盖预案体系（总体预案、专项预案）的编制、修订与迭代优化。 2. 筹建应急指挥中心，负责中心日常运营管理，建立 24/7 值守机制，统筹人员排班、任务调度与流程优化，保障指挥中枢高效运转。 3. 推进应急技术资源利用，整合各区域场地技术平台聚合，推动应急通信及可视化，确保指挥中心对各办公区域场地的即时指挥畅通，做到对区域场地看得见、叫得应、呼得出； 4. 统筹突发事件应急响应，包括事故灾难、自然灾害等场景的现场指挥、跨部门（公安、消防、医疗等）资源协调与处置方案制定，降低事件影响； 5. 建立远程安全管理机制，对各职场的安全运营质量开展线上品控工作； 6. 开展安全应急专项培训，覆盖应急响应流程、指挥工具操作等内容，提升全员应急素养； 7. 主导应急演练体系建设，策划开展桌面推演、实战演练、线上响应、红蓝对抗等活动，复盘优化处置流程与资源配置； 8. 全时段组织对业务构成影响的相关情报信息，进行及时收集、筛选、处理、审核；形成有效的安全风险预警信息，为业务安全规划、决策提供支撑。

1. 年龄 40 岁以下，本科及以上学历，应急管理、安全工程等相关专业优先； 2. 5 年以上安全应急领域工作经验，具备重大突发事件（如大型事故、自然灾害）指挥处置或应急体系搭建经验者优先； 3. 具备风险评估、预案编制、演练组织全流程能力，能独立输出风险防控方案与应急处置报告； 4. 熟练掌握办公软件并具备一定的数据分析能力； 5. 具备极强的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效联动内外部机构开展应急处置； 6. 有极强的责任心，抗压能力突出，能在突发事件中快速决策、沉着指挥，保障处置效率与效果； 7. 有车企测试车管理项目经验者优先； 8. 持有注册安全工程师等相关专业资格证、有应急部门或公安部门任职经历者优先。
