1.主导电池车间EHS管理体系的搭建和运行。 2.制定并实施工厂EHS管理标准,制度和预防技术措施。 3.内外部审核对接和跟进 4.组织制定电池车间的各项安全管理制度，开展电池车间的安全管理工作，归档各类报表等资料。 5.主导电池车间安全教育培训工作，包括但不限于动力电池相关的消防安全、高压电安全等； 6.开展安全风险识别与分级管控，督促落实风险预防控制措施； 7.策划电池车间的各类安全活动如应急演练、安全检查等，并督促做好安全隐患的整改落实； 8.负责电池车间员工的劳防用品和应急物资与器材的管理工作；

  • 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、机电/化工相关专业优先；优秀者可放宽至中专。
  • 5年以上制造业EHS/安全管理相关经验，有压铸，三电现场安全管理经验优先。
  • 熟悉常见安全管理要求，具备安全培训组织能力与现场检查能力，能推动整改闭环。
  • 持注册安全工程师/安全员证/特种作业管理相关证书者优先。
