【岗位职责】 1. 悬架软件系统集成与发布： 协助负责悬架电控系统（包含空气悬架、CDC减振器、悬架控制器等）的软件系统集成、配置管理及软件版本发布，参与软件发布说明（Release Note）的编制。 2. 软件需求对接与供应商协同： 协助与行业内主流悬架控制器及底层软件/基础软件供应商进行技术对接；跟踪内外部的软件开发进度，协助把控软件交付物的质量与时间节点。 3. 跨部门接口拉通： 参与跨部门技术协同，与EEA（电子电气架构）、底层/应用软件、测试、功能安全及整车动力学团队保持日常沟通，协助梳理并解决软件集成过程中的接口（Interface）问题。 4. 系统测试与验证（HIL/实车）： 参与悬架软件系统的台架测试、HIL（硬件在环）测试及整车级功能验证；协助排查测试过程中出现的CAN/LIN通讯异常、UDS诊断故障及基础的软件控制逻辑问题。 5. 问题跟踪与闭环： 跟踪和管理日常测试及量产开发全流程中的软件Bug，进行日志抓取、数据分析与初步的根因定位，推动问题闭环解决。

【任职要求】 1. 学历与专业： 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、软件工程、机械电子、自动化、电气工程、计算机及相关专业。 2. 工作经验： 具备 2年以内汽车电子软硬件开发、测试或系统集成相关经验；接受具备相关实习/项目经验的优秀应届毕业生。 3. 开发流程认知： 了解汽车V字型开发流程；有主机厂（OEM）或Tier 1悬架电控系统（如空气悬架、半主动减振器等）或底盘域控制器的项目参与经验者优先。 4. 专业技能： - 对汽车电控悬架系统的基本原理和底盘电控系统架构有一定认知； - 熟悉或了解CAN/LIN/Ethernet通讯协议及UDS诊断基础； - 会使用（或愿意主动学习）CANoe、CANape、INCA等主流测试与抓包工具； - 了解常用的软件版本管理工具（如Git、SVN）及问题追踪系统（如Jira）。 5. 综合素质要求：具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维及团队合作精神；学习能力强，工作细致耐心，面对复杂的软件接口问题有主动钻研的精神。 6. 语言能力： 良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文技术规范（SPEC）与数据手册，具备基础的英文口语交流能力。

【加分项】（非硬性要求） 1. 熟悉C/C++语言，或对AUTOSAR软件架构有基础了解者优先。 2. 在校期间有过大学生方程式赛车（FSAE）参赛经验，且负责底盘电控/车辆控制策略开发/数据采集者优先。 3. 具备悬架控制算法（如Skyhook天棚控制等）理论基础或相关课题研究经验者优先。 4. 了解或对全主动悬架（Full-Active Suspension）前沿技术有浓厚兴趣者优先。
