岗位目标 面向机器人新场景及外部客户需求，负责智能能力、数据采集与数据闭环相关解决方案的设计和落地。 连接客户需求与内部产品、算法和工程能力，通过场景分析、方案设计、PoC验证及交付实践，推动成熟能力形成可复制、可交付的技术解决方案，并持续发现新的客户和场景机会。 工作职责 1、负责机器人新行业、新场景及重点客户的技术需求分析，深入理解客户业务流程、核心痛点和现有解决方案，识别机器人智能能力及数据能力的合作机会； 2、面向客户需求设计整体技术方案，结合机器人本体、算法、数据、云端及软件平台能力，明确解决方案架构、能力范围、系统接口、部署方式及交付边界； 3、推动重点客户 PoC、技术验证和试点项目，与算法、研发、产品及交付团队协作完成方案验证，基于真实运行结果判断技术成熟度和规模化应用条件； 4、支持机器人智能能力及数据业务的商业化拓展，包括机器人任务能力、数据采集、遥操作、数据处理及数据闭环等方案，协同业务团队完成客户交流、技术方案、工作量评估及项目落地； 5、跟踪项目现场运行和客户反馈，分析能力覆盖、运行稳定性、人工投入、部署成本等关键问题，推动产品和研发团队持续改善，并沉淀可复用的行业解决方案； 6、持续研究机器人应用场景和产业需求，识别现有技术能力可拓展的新行业、新任务及合作模式，为产品规划、技术演进和商业化方向提供一线输入。

任职要求 1、硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上机器人、自动驾驶、AI或智能硬件相关解决方案、技术产品或系统架构经验，有直接面向外部客户推进复杂技术项目的实践； 3、具备较强的产品架构能力，能够理解机器人算法、软件、硬件、数据及云端平台之间的关系，并将客户需求转化为清晰、可实施的技术方案； 4、了解机器人智能相关技术，对感知、规划决策、运动控制、机器人学习等至少一个方向具备较好的技术理解；有机器人数据采集、遥操作、数据闭环或模型训练相关经验者优先； 5、具备较强的客户沟通和需求判断能力，能够识别真实需求、技术边界和项目风险，并在客户目标、产品能力、研发投入及交付成本之间形成合理方案； 6、具备较强的项目推进和问题解决能力，能够深入客户现场，与产品、算法、研发、测试及交付团队协同推动项目从技术交流、PoC验证到正式交付。 优先经历： 有具身智能机器人、自动驾驶、工业机器人等复杂智能系统解决方案经验；有机器人数采、遥操作、多模态数据、数据闭环或 AI 能力商业化经验；参与过从首个客户验证到行业方案标准化复制的完整过程。
