1、 业务体系与认知搭建：深入汽车售后业务一线，全面掌握门店售后服务流程、组织架构与人力配置逻辑，建立「业务经营 + 人力效能」双视角业务认知； 2、 售后经营管理改善：负责区域及直营门店售后核心业务经营工作，统筹事故车业务、机电业务、保险业务三大核心板块的整体运营、拓量与提质工作； 3、 门店赋能与跨部门协同：联动售后商政、经营、培训管理等团队，统筹门店业务培训、督导与赋能，指导门店落地运营项目，系统性提升门店运营能力与业绩达成率； 4、 管理机制沉淀与流程迭代：梳理区域 / 门店售后事故车经营管理的核心流程，沉淀可复制的标准化 SOP 与管理工具；针对业务发展痛点迭代管理机制，打通跨部门协作堵点； 5、 数据驱动业务优化：搭建并维护售后业务全维度数据看板（含人效、编制、营收、毛利等核心指标），定期开展数据复盘与专题分析，精准定位业务瓶颈与管理痛点，输出可落地的优化方案与业务决策支持报告。

1、 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车工程、财务、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、 核心经验门槛：5 年及以上汽车行业售后管理相关工作经验，有新能源汽车售后经营管理等经验者优先； 3、 技能要求：熟练使用相关办公软件，具备独立搭建业务分析看板、输出专业数据报告与汇报材料的能力，能通过数据洞察业务问题并制定针对性优化方案； 4、 综合素质：具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调与一线门店对接能力，自驱力强，结果导向，工作细致有责任心，具备良好的团队协作意识与复杂问题解决能力。
