1. 负责汽车制造领域质量管理系统的产品规划与设计，覆盖来料检验、过程质量控制、不合格品处理、质量追溯等核心业务模块，推动质量数据的全面在线化与智能化。 2. 基于“全栈”协作方式，独立完成从业务需求洞察（用户调研/数据分析）→产品方案设计（PRD/Spec）→研发协同落地（评审/测试/上线）→验证与持续迭代的全流程闭环。 3. 负责识别、分析系统在实际业务运行中的问题，提供系统解决方案。深入分析系统运行数据，通过数据挖掘发现业务流程改进点。 4. 探索AI在质量管理场景的应用落地，设计并优化用于质量数据分析的Prompt工程及AI Agent工作流。

1. 本科及以上学历，应届毕业生或1年以内工作经验。 2. 对AI技术有强烈兴趣和实践意愿，熟悉大模型在产品设计中的应用场景。了解基本的软件技术栈，能够与技术团队同频沟通，进而能进行技术实践。 3. 具备产品基本功，能熟练使用Axure/Figma等工具完成高保真原型设计，并擅长编写逻辑严密、无歧义的产品需求文档。 4. 加分项：英语水平较佳者；有制造数字化项目经验者或软件产品经理经验者。
