1、测试执行:负责BMS的安装和调试及功能测试工作,依据测试方案,对电池pack进行全面的性能、安全、可靠性等测试项目,涵盖申电气保护、通讯与协议、软件功能验证; 2、问题分析:对测试过程中出现的异常情况进行深入分析,运用专业上方法(如Root Cause Analysis)定位问题根源,及时协调相关部门解解决问题,并跟进问题处理的闭环情况; 3、测试方案设计:结合产品需求和行业标准(如GB38031、GBT314484等),独立设计科学合理的电池pack测试方案,明确测试方法、流程和判定标准。主导SFMEA,组织参与DFMEA,对测试方案进行技术风险评估; 4、测试流程优化:运用Lean、Six Sigma等工具和方法,持续优化电池pack下线测试流程,提高测试效率和准确性,降低测试成本。推动测试流程的标准化和规范化,确保测试工作的一致性和可重复性。

1、本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、新能源等相关专业,有5个年以上电池pack测试或相关领域的工作经验; 2、具备丰富的电池测试经验,熟悉电池pack的测试标准和方法,能够独立完成各类测试项目; 3、拥有自动化测试能力,掌握Python、LabVIEW等语言,具有一定的编程能力,熟悉自动化测试框架,能够开发和维护自动化测试脚本: 4、熟悉CAN/CANFD协议,XCP协议,UDS刷写等工具使用,熟练运用用常用的测试设备,如示波器、电源、电子负载、温箱等; 5、能看懂电气原理图,具备一定的电路知识,协助进行电池测试失效分析: 6、具备较强的数据分析能力,能够使用Excel、工具对测试数据进行深入分析,为决策提供数据支持; 7、具备良好的团队协作能力,能够跨部门沟通协调,带领团队完成测试项目; 8、具有良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力,能够与不同部门有效合作,及时解决测试过程中遇到的问题; 9、具备较强的责任心和抗压能力,能够在规定时间内完成测试任务,确保产品按时交付; 10、具备AI意识,且熟练使用AI工具
