1、主导具身智能平台软件的架构设计、核心开发与落地，制定通信、可观测和性能诊断等基础能力的整体方案，并对关键技术决策负责； 2、设计并重构高性能、高可靠的通信中间件，统一通信模型、接口规范与数据治理机制，支撑机器人端内、遥操作及多机协同场景； 3、建立覆盖关键数据链路与系统运行状态的全链路可观测体系，实现运行状态可感知、异常可回放、风险可告警、问题可定位； 4、建设在线性能诊断与分析能力，围绕时延、抖动、吞吐和资源占用建立评测基线、分析工具与持续优化机制； 5、推动平台能力在各业务模块中的接入和演进，解决系统集成、兼容适配、故障隔离及复杂现场问题，提升整机软件的稳定性与开发效率。

1、计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备 5 年以上机器人、自动驾驶或复杂智能系统软件研发经验，有中间件或平台软件架构设计与落地经验； 3、精通现代 C++，具备扎实的 Linux 系统编程能力，熟悉多线程并发、进程间通信、网络通信和系统性能分析； 4、有高性能通信中间件的设计或重构经验，深入理解发布订阅、服务调用、服务发现、数据序列化、流量控制和服务质量保障； 5、具备全链路可观测与在线诊断经验，能够围绕日志、指标和链路追踪建立异常发现、回放与定位闭环； 6、具备实时系统性能工程经验，能够系统分析和优化时延、抖动、吞吐、资源占用及复杂链路瓶颈； 7、主导或深度参与过复杂智能产品的平台能力建设与量产落地，能够推动多个业务模块接入统一平台。

加分项： 有 ROS 2、Cyber RT、DDS、AUTOSAR Adaptive 或类似机器人、车载中间件的设计、二次开发或重构经验； 熟悉共享内存、零拷贝、无锁编程等高性能通信技术，并有实际优化经验； 熟悉 Perf、eBPF、LTTng 或类似性能分析与链路追踪工具； 有遥操作、多机协同或弱网环境下通信系统的工程经验； 有系统健康管理、远程诊断、故障注入或硬件在环测试经验。
