1.负责人形机器人整机级的各类试验，包括不限于机器人运动性能，运控测试等综合性能以及保安防灾、环境可靠性等各类综合试验； 2.负责试验的全流程实施包括：试验策划、试验方法/标准、试验用例编写、试验执行、试验数据分析及报告的编写；具备试验统筹安排和经营能力； 3.明确试验是否达成整机RTS目标。能够发现非RTS目标类数据异常； 4.根据新技术验证策划能力、能够确保新技术验证的完整性和可靠性； 5.主导常规性能试验体系建立能力，并能推动体系落地、能够对属性内成员制定培养计划并高效执行； 6.对机器人品质课题进行市场把握、复现、解析原因、提报解决方案，并能推动标准制定、修改和防止问题再发生。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上复杂智能硬件（机器人、自动驾驶底盘、高端数控装备）测试研发经验，具备人形机器人或四足机器人整机试验经验优先； 2. 熟悉试验领域验证体系（流程、方法、设备设施、团队组建）、了解行业发展趋势、关注外部资源信息； 3. 熟悉机器人等复杂硬件的室内试验流程/试验方法，负责完整的从试验策划到试验执行以及试验报告等全流程的开展试验工作； 4. 具备扎实的机器人学理论基础，熟悉刚体动力学、运动学正反解，深刻理解常见底层控制逻辑（如 PID 控制、轨迹规划等），能与算法团队进行无障碍深度技术对话； 5. 精通 Python 或 MATLAB，具备较强的数据处理能力，能独立编写脚本提取、对齐、分析高频的传感器数据； 6. 了解模型预测控制（MPC）、全身控制（WBC）或强化学习（RL）策略端到端部署流程，参与过 Sim2Real（仿真到现实）迁移测试者优先； 7. 熟练掌握激光跟踪仪、光学动捕系统等高精度测量设备的实操原理，并能结合空间测量软件进行坐标系转换与 3D 误差拟合; 8. 善于思考,较强的逻辑思维能力,具备试验规范的探究及开发能力,能根据项目试验工作中发现的不足，开展机器人相关试验规范的探究，制/修订相关试验规范和评价标准; 9. 有良好的沟通表达能力、主动学习能力，组织协调能力，积极乐观。
