1. 负责机器人数据采集小组的管理工作，负责制定和实施数采方案，包括计划、调度、道具、人员管理、数据上传等，对小组交付任务负责，保障交付数据的及时性和质量； 2. 能对接算法需求，对需求进行分析及拆解，识别需求涉及到的数据量及类型、交付时间场景、道具等关键内容及其风险，识别需求合理性及保障需求可顺利落地； 3. 负责本小组所需场地、设备、道具、素材等管理工作，根据项目计划推进采集落地，能协调内外部资源、识别风险，解决采集实施过程中的各类问题； 4. 持续关注数据质量、效率、成本，持续提效降本； 5. 需建立培训体系，编写培训材料并对人员进行培训。

1.大专及以上学历， 计算机、软件工程、机器人、机械/电器自动化相关专业； 2. 具有自动驾驶、智能驾驶、机器人或大模型相关行业背景优先； 3. 具备运营管理、熟悉自动驾驶或机器人领域的数据采集者优先； 4. 能很好理解场景需求，了解场景目的，善于沟通和协作； 5. 做事认真负责、积极主动，吃苦耐劳、抗压性好，具有较强的责任心和执行能力。
