1. 结合小鹏汽车巴西业务的发展需求，协调重大品牌活动时间表，梳理营销传播的脉络与资源，制定巴西地区传播战略规划； 2. 负责区域市场的营销与传播工作，包括但不限于：上市campaign策划、国内外协同执行、汇报，以及相关新闻稿件和传播物料的输出； 3. 指导区域内合作伙伴如总代、代理商、经销商等的产品发布、车展等系列活动;与合作伙伴协同，负责品牌活动、文案、视频素材的本地转化及区域内复用； 4. 媒体与 KOL 资源管理，搭建并维护巴西区域或国家核心媒体矩阵，建立 KOL 合作体系。 5. 公关关系与危机管理，统筹区域品牌公关事务，建立公关危机预警与应对机制。

1. 本科及以上学历，传播学、新闻学、市场营销等相关专业； 2. 至少5年以上企业传播、公关或媒体相关经验，需具备汽车行业背景； 3. 出色的英文写作和沟通能力；具备葡萄牙语背景优先； 4. 熟悉传统媒体和社交媒体的运作，能够敏锐捕捉新媒体趋势； 5. 优秀的团队协作及跨部门沟通能力，能够在高强度工作环境中高效应对复杂任务； 6. 具备良好的危机管理经验和应急处理能力。 2）负责品牌形象的塑造和维护; 3）策划并执行品牌推广活动，如线上线下广告、公关活动、赞助活动等; 4）负责该市场的内外部品牌合作及品牌、策划、媒体等相关资源整合; 3、市场营销策略制定与执行： 1）根据目标市场、客户群体和营销渠道，制定全面的市场营销策略和计划; 2）制定针对品牌和市场营销的商务政策、激励政策，绩效评估机制等; 3）协调公司内部其他部门密切协作，推动策略和计划执行; 4）监督营销活动的执行情况，评估效果并及时调整策略。 5、有良好的团队管理和协作能力，能够带领团队完成营销目标; 6、具有创新精神和开拓意识，能够不断探索新的市场机会和营销方式; 7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神; 8、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先； 9、英语可以作为工作语言
