1、负责广州机器人工厂（以下简称工厂）行政后勤运营体系的搭建与优化，包括物业运营、办公安全、设施设备、餐饮管理和员工公寓等，并持续优化和迭代工厂行政后勤管理的工作流程和服务标准，确保工作的规范性和系统性。 2、负责工厂的现场运营管理，包括但不限于消防安全、安防保卫、应急事件处置、施工安全、人员与车辆出入管理等；建立并落实园区安全管理体系与应急预案，定期组织安全培训与演练，配合政府及公司内部安全审计，确保园区安全合规运行。 3、与业务方建立良好的关系，支持业务有序、安全开展，并建立清晰的客户服务运营机制，根据业务方提出的建议进行有效的闭环。 4、负责协助业务方进行工厂空间管理，定期了解业务需求和输出办公规划报告。 5、负责工厂行政资产管理，包括但不限于资产盘点、资产利旧、调拨、维修及报废等。 6、行政服务相关供应商的管理，督促供应商按照管理要求落地，建立长期稳定的合作关系。

1、工作经历：全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上综合行政工作经验，其中3年以上智造基地工作经验，熟悉工厂运营、搬迁运营、办公规划和资产管理等，具有良好团队管理经验。 2、能力素质： ¤ 具备优秀的组织协调能力和沟通能力，能够有效协调公司内部各部门之间的关系，处理各种行政事务。 ¤ 具备较强的领导能力和团队管理能力，能够带领行政团队高效完成工作任务。 ¤ 具备良好的问题解决能力和应变能力，能及时处理行政工作中出现的问题和突发情况。 ¤ 具备较强的责任心和服务意识，能够为公司和员工提供优质的行政服务，能承受较大工作压力。 ¤ 具备安全管理意识与风险防控能力，熟悉园区安全运营基本规范与应急处置流程 3、其他：具备良好的成本管控意识，合理控制行政服务支出。
