【工作职责】 1. 领导具身智能运动控制技术体系建设，在现代控制理论与深度强化学习交叉领域开展前沿研究，推动人形机器人运动能力实现代际突破 2. 主导复杂任务的技术攻关与落地，交付稳定、拟人的跨地形行走功能，涵盖陡坡、楼梯、草地、不规则路面等常见户外场景，推动行走算法从实验室到真实场景的规模化部署 3. 制定运动控制技术战略路线图，负责关键技术方案的架构设计、功能分解与里程碑规划，确保技术领先性和可落地性的平衡 4. 领导跨职能技术团队协同创新，与硬件、感知、规划等团队深度合作，确保整机运动性能达到业界领先水平，高质量交付上游业务需求 5. 建立算法评测基准与性能指标体系，推动运动控制技术的标准化与产品化进程

【职位要求】 1. 机械工程、机器人学、计算机科学、人工智能等相关领域硕士及以上学历，拥有机器人竞赛获奖经历或顶会/顶刊发表经验者优先 2. 深厚的技术功底：精通MPC、WBC等现代控制理论，在深度强化学习、模仿学习、扩散策略（Diffusion Policy/Flow Matching）等前沿方向有深入研究和实践，具备计算机视觉交叉背景者尤佳 3. 精通 C++/Python 编程，熟练掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备大规模算法系统的架构设计与优化能力 4. 卓越的工程能力：精通C++/Python，熟练掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备大规模算法系统设计与优化经验 5. 出色的领导力：3年以上技术团队管理经验，成功带领团队完成复杂技术攻关项目，具备技术愿景规划与执行落地能力 6. 强大的内驱力：对人形机器人事业充满热情，具备创业精神和结果导向思维，能在不确定性中开拓前进
