QC班长的岗位职责，主要是管理带教培训现场人员上岗和业务操作。 班前交底与排班调度：按生产计划排人排岗，组织班前会明确当日工单的质量关注点与历史问题，班中巡回确认人员在岗、作业按节拍执行。 首件、巡回、末件三道把关：按SIP与控制计划执行首件确认、定时巡回检验、末件复核放行，如实签署检验记录，守住"不接收、不制造、不流出"。 现场异常拦截与处置：发现不良立即标识、隔离、开异常单并上报，参与停线与复产评审，跟踪返工返修品的复检与放行，避免批次性流出。 不良分析与改善闭环：主导现场简单不良项的 5Why分析，输出临时对策并及时记录和升级反馈。 质量数据管理与报表：统计直通率、一次合格率、DPPM及不良TOP项，维护现场质量看板，按日/周输出质量报表并汇报改善趋势。 班组人员培养与考核：维护岗位技能矩阵，组织新人上岗培训与认证考核，定期开展质量意识与手法培训，完成班组成员绩效评价。

学历专业：大专及以上，理工科优先（机械、材料、化工、电气、质量管理等）。 行业经验：3年以上制造业QC/IPQC经验，其中至少1年组长或带线经验；电池PACK、汽车零部件行业背景优先。 质量工具：熟练使用QC七大手法，熟悉常见的质量数据统计逻辑。 班组管理：能带10人以上班组，负责排班、考勤、技能矩阵与多岗位认证，以及新人上岗培训与考核。 异常处置：现场异常第一时间拦截、标识、隔离、上报，推动停线/复产评审，守住"不接收、不制造、不流出"。 数据能力：会统计直通率、一次合格率、不良TOP项，每日更新质量报表与现场看板。 跨部门协同：与生产、工艺、设备对接，推动改善措施落地并验证有效性。 职业素养：能接受两班倒/夜班和产线节拍压力；原则性强，敢对违规操作说不，责任心与执行力过硬。
