Consultor SAP Basis Senior - Presencial CDMX - Polanco

Garantizar la estabilidad, disponibilidad, rendimiento y continuidad operativa de las plataformas SAP (principalmente SAP S/4HANA y SAP HANA). Participará activamente en proyectos de implementación, migración, actualización y soporte de infraestructura tecnológica.

Actividades Principales

  • Administrar, configurar y mantener ambientes SAP S/4HANA y SAP ECC.
  • Realizar instalaciones, actualizaciones, upgrades, migraciones y conversiones de sistemas SAP (incluyendo SAP HANA y OS/DB).
  • Administrar bases de datos SAP HANA (respaldos, restauraciones, mantenimiento, monitoreo, seguridad y optimización de rendimiento).
  • Ejecutar actividades de monitoreo, troubleshooting, análisis de causa raíz y resolución de incidentes en ambientes productivos y no productivos.
  • Gestionar la administración de sistemas SAP (creación, copia, administración de clientes y refresh de ambientes).
  • Colaborar en proyectos de implementación y migración junto con equipos de arquitectura, infraestructura, desarrollo y consultoría funcional.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de plataformas SAP e identificar oportunidades de automatización.
  • Participar en la administración de infraestructura SAP en ambientes Cloud e híbridos (preferentemente AWS o GCP).
  • Documentar procedimientos técnicos, configuraciones e incidentes garantizando los niveles de servicio (SLA)

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: De 6 a 10 años de experiencia específica trabajando en SAP Basis.
  • Conocimientos avanzados: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC y SAP HANA Database.
  • Experiencia práctica en: Upgrades y migraciones SAP, OS/DB Migration, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery y Troubleshooting avanzado.
  • Conocimientos deseables: Infraestructura Cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure) y SAP Fiori / Solution Manager.
