- Assist with supplier component evaluation, selection, and technical coordination.

- Contribute to prototype builds, troubleshooting, and design improvements.

- Collaborate with controls, electrical, systems, software, manufacturing, and test engineers.

- Document test results, engineering analyses, and design decisions.

- Work under the guidance of senior engineers while progressively taking ownership of assigned components or subsystems.

HOW YOU’LL WORK

- Take responsibility for delivering assigned work with appropriate guidance and follow-through.

- Be proactive in identifying issues, asking questions, and communicating risks early.

- Balance thoughtful engineering with hands-on execution; participate directly in builds, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and information may be incomplete.

- Approach challenges with curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

- Contribute to a collaborative, high-ownership culture focused on building reliable flight hardware.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in mechanical design, development, testing, or a related engineering role. New graduates with relevant project or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Familiarity with mechanical CAD tools such as SolidWorks.

- Understanding of machine design, mechanics of materials, kinematics, dynamics, and thermodynamics.

- Experience with (or strong interest in) mechanical testing, prototyping, and hands-on hardware development.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with precision mechanisms, robotics, electric motors, or high-speed rotating assemblies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
