XONAR is een specialistische aanbieder van jeugdzorg met een belangrijke rol in de regio. De organisatie richt zich met name op jeugdigen en gezinnen met complexe opgroei- en opvoedproblemen en meervoudige complexe problematiek, voor wie de veiligheid in het geding kan zijn. XONAR biedt specialistische hulp met als doel een kwalitatief goede en maximaal zelfredzame toekomst te realiseren, biedt hulp dichtbij huis en in eigen leefomgeving en werkt samen met partners die complementaire zorg aanbieden.

De functie van Medewerker ICT senior komt voor binnen de afdeling I&A van XONAR.

Omschrijving:

Als medewerker ICT zorg jij ervoor dat de digitale werkomgeving betrouwbaar, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk blijft. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen het ondersteunen van gebruikers, het beheren van systemen en het verbeteren van de IT-dienstverlening. Daarbij denk je actief mee over de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de ICT-omgeving.

Omdat je op verschillende locaties werkzaam bent, heb je veel contact met collega’s en afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Hierdoor krijg je een breed inzicht in de bedrijfsprocessen en leer je de organisatie goed kennen.

Je start met het behandelen van supportverzoeken en het beheren van de dagelijkse IT-omgeving. Op die manier maak je je de systemen, processen en gebruikersbehoeften snel eigen. Naarmate je ervaring opdoet, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het IT-beheer.

Werkzaamheden, o.a.:

  • Oplossen van eerstelijns en tweedelijns ICT-meldingen;
  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij hardware- en softwarevragen;
  • Installeren, beheren en onderhouden van werkplekken, printers en randapparatuur;
  • Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, rechten en toegangsbeheer;
  • Onderhouden en bijhouden van ICT-documentatie;
  • Meewerken aan ICT-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van oplossingen.

Vereisten:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Aantoonbare kennis van Windows-omgevingen, Office 365, netwerken, systeem- en telefoniebeheer;
  • Een servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling;
  • Je blijft rustig bij storingen en durft initiatief te nemen;
  • Je voelt je prettig in een ondersteunende én verantwoordelijke rol;
  • Kennis van geautomatiseerde gegevensverwerking, bestandsbeheer en zorgprocessen; Je bent sterk in analyseren en adviseren;
  • Affiniteit met de zorgsector;
  • Je bent een teamplayer die beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Salaris: schaal 8 conform cao Jeugdzorg;
  • 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%;
