岗位职责 1. 负责分布式存储平台的设计与开发，解决大规模集群管理中的服务高可用、节点通信、任务调度等核心问题； 2. 负责资源管理与运维平台开发，支撑十万级资源的并发管理、监控告警与自动化运维； 3. 负责云原生相关业务开发，包括 Kubernetes、虚拟化、容器存储接口（CSI）等方向； 4. 参与系统架构设计与技术选型，持续优化平台的性能、稳定性与可扩展性。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子、自动化、数学等相关专业，2027 届应届毕业生； 2. 扎实的计算机基础：熟悉操作系统、网络协议、数据结构与算法、数据库原理； 3. 熟练掌握 Go/Python/Java/C++/Rust 中至少一门编程语言； 4. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Shell 等常用工具，掌握 Git 版本管理； 5. 熟练运用 AI Agent，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力；有使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发的实践经验，能借助 AI 提升编码与调试效率； 6. 具备有技术复杂度的项目经历，满足以下至少一项： - 有分布式系统或后端服务项目经历，涉及多节点通信、服务协调、并发处理、高可用设计等，具备清晰的架构设计与模块划分（非 Demo 级）； - 有云原生 / 容器 / Kubernetes 相关实践，如 Operator 开发、容器编排、微服务治理等； - 独立完成过有深度的技术攻坚，如高并发性能优化、分布式问题排查、系统稳定性治理等，能完整阐述分析过程； - 有知名开源项目代码贡献（非文档类），或在 ACM/CTF 等技术竞赛中获得省级以上奖项； 7. 良好的沟通能力与文档表达能力，能阅读英文技术文档； 8. 对技术有热情，具备较强的学习能力、逻辑分析能力和责任心。

加分项 - 熟悉 Kubernetes、Docker 等云原生技术，有 CSI/CNI/CRI 相关开发经验； - 熟悉 PostgreSQL/MySQL 等数据库，了解事务、索引、查询优化； - 了解 Raft/Paxos 等分布式一致性协议； - 有虚拟化、SDN、监控告警系统相关实践经验；
