岗位职责 1. 负责分布式存储产品的系统级测试，覆盖功能、可靠性、稳定性、性能及方案兼容性等维度； 2. 参与需求与技术方案评审，从测试视角识别质量风险，推动质量左移； 3. 独立设计测试方案与用例，搭建测试环境，执行测试并精准定位、跟踪缺陷至闭环； 4. 编写自动化测试脚本与工具，参与测试平台建设，持续提升测试效率与覆盖率； 5. 探索 AI 辅助测试在复杂系统场景中的应用，用技术手段提升测试效能。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，2027 届应届毕业生； 2. 扎实的计算机基础：熟悉 Linux 常用操作，理解操作系统、网络协议、数据结构基本原理； 3. 至少掌握一门编程语言（Python/Go/Java/Shell 等），能独立编写自动化测试代码； 4. 熟练运用 AI Agent，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力； 5. 具备有一定复杂度的项目或实践经历，满足以下至少一项： - 独立或主导设计过覆盖多模块、多场景交互的测试方案，而非仅做单点功能验证； - 接触并理解过有一定架构规模的系统（如多服务协作、集群部署、并发处理等），能清晰阐述其工作原理与关键交互流程； - 有过深入的问题排查经历，能完整讲述从现象分析→假设验证→定位根因的全过程； - 自动化测试实践具备工程化设计（模块化、可扩展、有一定规模），而非仅为单文件简单脚本； 6. 了解软件测试基本理论与方法，具备良好的测试思维（边界、异常、并发、可靠性意识）； 7. 较强的逻辑分析能力、问题定位能力和快速学习能力； 8. 良好的沟通协作能力与责任心，对技术有热情，乐于探索 AI 等新技术在测试中的应用。

加分项 - 有存储、云计算、分布式系统相关测试或实习经验； - 熟悉自动化测试框架（Pytest/JUnit 等）或性能测试工具； - 有搭建测试环境、CI/CD 流水线实践经验； - 在开源社区有贡献，或有技术博客、竞赛获奖经历； - 有使用 AI 工具提升测试或研发效率的实践经验。
