岗位职责 1. 负责分布式存储系统核心模块的设计、开发与维护，涵盖块 / 文件 / 对象存储等方向； 2. 参与高性能数据通路、分布式一致性、存储引擎等底层系统的设计与编码实现； 3. 持续优化系统性能、稳定性与资源利用率，解决生产环境中的复杂技术问题； 4. 参与技术方案评审与 Code Review，编写设计文档，配合测试与实施团队保障交付质量。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业，2027 届应届毕业生； 2. 扎实的计算机基础：深入理解操作系统原理、网络通信、数据结构与常用算法； 3. 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，了解至少一门脚本语言（Python/Shell/Go 等）； 4. 具备 Linux 环境下系统编程实践经验，包括多线程 / 并发编程、网络编程、IPC 通信、文件 IO 等； 5. 熟练运用 AI Agent，具备将复杂需求拆解并委派给 Agent 执行的工程能力；有使用 AI 编程工具辅助开发的实践经验，能借助 AI 提升编码与调试效率； 6. 具备有技术复杂度的系统级项目经历，满足以下至少一项： - 项目涉及并发编程、网络通信、磁盘 IO、内存管理等底层技术中的两项及以上，具备清晰的模块划分与一定代码规模（非 Demo 级）； - 深入理解操作系统、分布式系统、数据库内核等底层系统原理，并在课程项目、毕业设计或开源实践中有对应实现或改造经历； - 独立完成过有深度的技术攻坚，如性能瓶颈分析与优化、并发 / 内存问题定位与解决、复杂 Bug 根因排查，能完整阐述分析过程； - 有知名开源项目代码贡献（非文档类），或在系统级 / 算法竞赛中获得省级以上奖项； 7. 良好的逻辑思维能力与沟通协作能力，对底层技术有热情，具备较强的自驱力与学习能力。 加分项 - 了解分布式系统理论（Raft/Paxos 等一致性协议）； - 了解 SPDK、Ceph、文件系统等存储相关技术栈； - 了解 NVMe over Fabric、RDMA、iSCSI 等高速存储网络协议； - 熟悉存储领域技术论文，或有深入阅读开源项目源码的经历； 我们提供 - 核心代码起步：入职即有机会接触分布式存储核心模块，而非边缘业务，技术成长不等待； - 系统级成长通道：导师制与技术职级体系，可向存储引擎、分布式系统、性能优化等专家方向纵深发展； - AI 时代的硬通货：底层系统研发是 AI 最难替代的方向之一，公司全面拥抱 AI Coding，让你如虎添翼；
