The posting

一、岗位职责 1、负责公司相关区域的日常安全管理，组织开展现场安全检查、专项检查及隐患整改，推动问题闭环。 2、负责消防安全管理，包括消防设施检查维护、消防隐患排查、消防培训及应急演练等工作。 3、负责危险化学品全流程管理，包括采购、储存、使用、分装及废弃处置等环节的风险管控。 4、参与公司EHS管理体系建设与持续改进，推进安全生产标准化、风险分级管控及隐患排查治理等工作。 5、负责或参与新建、改建、扩建项目及新设备、新材料、新工艺、新技术引入的安全风险辨识与管控。 6、参与安全事故调查、原因分析及整改跟进，做好事故统计、分析和报告工作。 7、配合政府部门、第三方机构开展相关检查与合规工作，参与ESG相关工作及其他EHS专项任务。

二、任职要求 1、全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程、环境工程等相关专业优先，如果您实操性强、实战成绩优异，有成果展现，学历不是硬标准。 2、具有3—5年及以上EHS工作经验，有制造业工厂现场安全管理经验者优先。 3、熟悉工厂现场安全管理、消防安全管理及危险化学品管理，具备独立开展隐患排查、风险识别和整改推进的能力。 4、具备EHS体系建设、安全生产标准化、双重预防机制、项目安全管理等相关经验者优先。 5、具备良好的人际交往能力、亲和力、危机处理能力，能够与不同层级的员工有效地沟通和合作； 6、您在团队里能够获得信任、平等、自由；您若能力强，公司和部门会给您发光的舞台； 7、有成长型思维的人：相信问题可以被解决，空杯心态，能够主动发现问题； 8、自驱力强，对自己有要求，想把事情做好，清楚EHS工作对工厂发展的独特价值； 三、我们希望你具备的特质 1、实战能力强： 懂现场、懂风险，能够独立发现并解决实际安全问题，而非仅擅长制度编写和资料整理。 2、结果导向： 能够推动隐患整改落地，形成有效闭环。 3、主动担当： 有自驱力、学习力和成长意识，愿意深入现场，持续提升EHS管理水平。
