职位描述： 1、根据业务规划，制定品类年度采购策略并跟踪落地； 2、带领团队负责公司综合品类的采购工作，包括但不限于如IT硬件/软件、市场营销服务、行政办公、基建和人力资源服务等等； 3、负责供应商管理工作，包括供应商开发认证，资源池优化等工作。定期组织供应商绩效考核，协助需求部门推动供应商提升服务质量和服务效率。确保满足公司业务需求； 4、持续洞察市场动态，评估新技术和产品，以持续优化采购策略，通过多方比价、议价、招标等方式，实现年度降本目标。 5、与内部团队合作，确保采购流程的合规性，并处理采购相关的问题；

职位要求 1、统招本科，供应链管理、信息技术或计算机科学专业； 2、至少5年以上的综合采购领域的工作经验，2年以上带团队经验。 3、熟悉IT硬件/软件，基建采购等相关经验，多年综合采购经验，熟悉综合采购业务全流程，并有丰富的商务谈判经验，能够独立完成大型项目采购或者品类采购经验； 4、优秀的组织协调、统筹推动能力。有较强的应变和抗压能力； 5、有较强的目标感，善于思考，有较好的学习能力和适应能力。
