1、对结构件（注塑件、压铸件、机加件、钣金件）或电子件成本要素非常熟悉，了解市场行情，能相对准确快速计算结构件价格； 2、主动识别专项降本点，并且主导推动、跟踪降本专项落地； 主导搭建零件成本模型，建立物料成本核算模型及模型数据库，统一产品成本计算口径； 3、深入产品项目中统筹产品整机设计开发过程端到端的成本管理，发掘各设计开发领域成本管理方案，监控产品开发过程中成本实时状态不超额，并推动各领域成本管理措施落地； 4、核算BOM及制造成本，分析识别其中异常或降本点，并能推动干系方进行降本落地； 5、定期对物料价格做复盘分析，或对竞品成本进行拆解分析，以识别物料成本优化点，输出降价目标和方案，不断总结引进改进成本管理方法； 6、收集维护市场主要原材料等价格行情，不断完善模型数据库，为产品预估合理成本基线； 7、沉淀输出成本管控方法论，对组内成员赋能。

1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景； 2、硬件制造公司研发、采购CEG背景者优先； 3、熟悉电子料或结构类物料成本组成，熟悉模具、结构件加工工艺者优先； 4、熟悉VAVE分析方法、采购、成本管理相关知识，有成本建模及核价报价经验者优先； 5、较强成本分析能力，具有良好的成本管理方法论和实操经验； 6、超强推动力，自驱力强，主动性强； 7、工作细心，责任心强，具有一定的谈判议价能力； 8、良好沟通与协调能力。
