1、配合硬件工程师进行器件和物料选型，提供支持和建议，评估器件成本、交期、MOQ与质量等； 2、配合采购进行供应商开发、认证和管理，跟踪产品的质量情况，进行供应商的筛选； 3、负责部门CIS库、优选库的维护和管理（原理图Symbol建立、规格书归档等），部门公共资源建设。 4、协助硬件工程师进行物料申购和打样，BOM审核等； 5、公司流程处理（新物料申请流程审核、BOM受控审核等）。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，5年及以上专职器件工程师经验，电子、通信、电路与系统相关专业； 2、熟悉基本的电子电路知识，能看懂基本的电路原理图，熟悉EDA工具（Cadence、AD等）的基本操作； 3、较好的沟通与配合能力，能自驱高效地完成工作，对自己的产出负责； 4、熟悉各类物料管理和生产管理系统，有大型企业器件工作经验的优先，有硬件开发经验的优先。
