1、负责统筹项目的机械结构团队按期达成产品机械结构的交付。 2、负责把控项目机械结构的交付质量，风险识别与闭环跟进，统筹项目机械结构团队对疑难问题进行公关。 3、负责项目机械结构团队交付计划定制，任务分配，进度跟进。 4、负责项目中与机械结构的耦合领域沟通协作，保障项目高效推进。 5、将所承接的产品功能需求转化为机械结构的设计指标，并输出合理的设计方案，输出设计文档；完成方案的详细设计落地，对产品机械结构设计成本、质量和进度负责。 6、参与产品机械结构技术评审，产品体验风险识别，确保机械结构方案和详细设计满足产品和DFX相关要求。 7、负责所承接得机械结构测试方案制定，输出测试用例，闭环测试问题；协助生产工艺优化，解决生产问题。

1、机械设计制造及其自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历优先，8年以上工作经验。 2、主导过1个以上量产的复杂机电系统产品机械结构设计（如无人机、扫地机器人、智能小家电、3D打印机等），具备整机机械结构堆叠布局、机械结构详细设计、机械结构功能测试验证能力；掌握塑胶结构材料选型、设计约束、工艺要求；掌握钣金、压铸、机加工等常用五金件的设计。 3、十分熟悉复杂机电系统产品的开发全流程，有过PDT流程产品开发经验为佳；能把控机械结构关键节点的交付物和交付质量，识别机械结构交付的风险并能推动相关方解决风险。 4、较好的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力，富有责任心；逻辑性强，能系统性的去分析和解决问题；较好的执行力和推动能力。 5、较好的机械结构知识储备，熟悉常见塑胶材料的结构设计，常用运动机构的设计与验证，并在机械结构某个技术领域有深度的积累。 6、熟悉机械结构DFX设计要领，并在详细设计中实施应用。 7、能熟练使用creo，solidworks等常用的机械结构设计软件。 8、良好的机械结构工作流程和习惯，能高效完成设计文档，测试用例等工作文档的编制。 9、有机器人，机械设计竞赛背景优先考虑，robomaster、robocon、全国大学生机械设计大赛等。
