The posting
We're looking for a Video Editor who understands how to create content that captures attention and drives results, not just someone who can make videos look polished.
The role is focused on taking raw footage and turning it into engaging, high-quality videos that help tell the company's story, explain its services, and attract collectors.
Role Overview
Responsible for producing high volumes of performance-driven video content for paid advertising and potentially organic social media. This person needs to combine strong traditional video editing skills with advanced AI tools to produce quality assets quickly and efficiently.
What you'll Be Doing
- Produce approximately 20+ video assets weekly (initial target, not finalized).
- Edit video advertisements optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Leverage AI tools to increase production volume and efficiency.
- Understand advertising structure: hooks, body, CTAs, pacing, and retention.
- Use sound, transitions, and visual storytelling to maintain viewer attention.
- Work with the creative team to execute established concepts.Ideal Background
- Demonstrated experience editing performance marketing advertisements.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Higgsfield, and other AI editing tools.
- Strong understanding of what makes paid advertising creative effective.
- Established workflows capable of supporting high-volume production.
- Portfolio demonstrating actual advertising experience, not just general video production.
- Location: South America preferred, particularly Brazil, for talent quality and time-zone alignment.
What We're Looking For
Strong candidates:
- Experience with Higgsfield, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma.
- 2+ years editing paid social ads for DTC, ecommerce or lead-gen brands, with a portfolio of live ads (not just reels or vlogs).
- Advanced skill in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus CapCut for fast UGC-style edits.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar for text animation and simple motion graphics. Have experience editing short-form social media content and paid advertising creative.
- Understand the difference between an entertaining video and one designed to drive conversions.
- Can explain why they made specific editing decisions.
- Have experience working with performance marketing teams or e-commerce brands.
- Can produce content quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Are comfortable working with imperfect raw footage.
- Have strong storytelling instincts and understand hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
Bonus: Experience with trading cards, Pokémon, sports collectibles, or similar enthusiast communities.
