Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten IT-Infrastruktur-Management: Gestaltung, Unterstützung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur an allen Standorten (Hauptsitz, Praxen, Klinik) mit Schwerpunkt auf modernen und effizienten Lösungen. IT-Sicherheitsaufsicht: Übernahme der IT-Sicherheit und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regulierungs-Team, um die Einhaltung relevanter Standards sicherzustellen. Teambildung: Aufbau und Führung eines effektiven Teams (intern und extern), um ein reibungsloses und effizientes IT-Infrastruktur-Management zu gewährleisten. Entwicklungsunterstützung: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um die Bereitstellung digitaler Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu erleichtern.

Anforderungen Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Verwaltung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen, mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Administration gängiger Systeme und Tools (z. B. Microsoft 365, Endpoint-Management, Netzwerkmanagement). Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Bereitschaft, aktiv an der Implementierung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen und -Lösungen mitzuwirken. Tiefgehendes Wissen im Bereich Informationssicherheit (z. B. ISO 27001) und nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen. Hohe Motivation, das Gesundheitswesen in Deutschland zu transformieren, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in einem klinischen oder Krankenhausumfeld. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.
