Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

· Projektleitung: Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

  • Kundenbetreuung: Pflege der Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Sicherstellung, dass deren Erwartungen erfüllt werden.
  • Projektplanung & -steuerung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen für komplexe IT-Projekte, einschließlich Systemauswahl, Implementierungen und Migrationen.
  • Risikomanagement: Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Bewältigung von Herausforderungen.
  • Workshops: Aktive Organisation und Moderation von internen und externen Workshops.
  • Stakeholder-Koordination: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern im Rahmen der Projekte koordinieren.

· Projektkommunikation: Erstellung von Managementpräsentationen und Sicherstellung einer klaren Projektkommunikation.

Anforderungen

· Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (wünschenswert).

  • Must-Have: Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement und mit relevanten Tools (z.B. JIRA, Confluence, DevOps), Führung interdisziplinärer Teams sowie Reisebereitschaft.
  • Nice-to-Have: Vertrautheit mit Tools wie DevOps und fundiertes technisches Verständnis.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem komplexen IT-Umfeld.
  • Deutsch (C2-Niveau), Englisch (C1-Niveau).

· Analytisches Denken, aktives Zuhören, lösungsorientiertes Handeln, Kundenorientierung, Teamführung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und überzeugende Kommunikation.
