Anforderungen:

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen.
  • Erfahrung mit dem Extreme Networks-Portfolio.
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Firewalls, insbesondere pfSense und Sophos.
  • Fortgeschrittenes Wissen in den Bereichen Routing/Switching, Firewalling, Wireless LAN, sowie Netzwerkmanagement und -analyse.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Technologien und Standards wie QoS, 802.1X, dynamische Routingprotokolle, Hochverfügbarkeit und Wireshark.
  • Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kunden-, dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Denkweise.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Ansprechpartner für IT-Netzwerk-Services in Projekten und im operativen Service.
  • Implementierung und Administration komplexer Netzwerkprojekte für Kunden sowie intern.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen.
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen.
  • Gewährleistung der Netzwerksicherheit.
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen.
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen.
  • Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen im Ticketsystem.
