Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Produktvision und Entwicklung der darauf basierenden Produktstrategie
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Chancen
  • Definition von Produkt-Roadmaps basierend auf der Produktstrategie und dem Kundenfeedback
  • Entwicklung von Features und User Stories zur Realisierung der definierten Produktziele
  • Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungs- und Delivery-Prozesses von Anfang bis Ende
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Designern, dem Sales-Team und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Regelmäßige Evaluation des Produkterfolgs anhand von KPIs und Einleitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Nutzererlebnisses und der Produktakzeptanz
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüssel-Kunden und Stakeholdern im öffentlichen Sektor zur besseren Verständigung ihrer Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse

Anforderungen:

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager, idealerweise im SaaS-Bereich
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis agiler Methoden und Erfahrung in der agilen Produktentwicklung
  • Stark in der Analyse von Markt- und Nutzerdaten und fähig, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps, Features, User Stories und Spezifikationen
  • Kommunikationsstark und geschickt im Zusammenführen verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
