Verantwortungen:

  • Mitwirkung und Umsetzung strategischer Vorgaben auf Portfolio- und Asset-Ebene innerhalb der globalen Organisation
  • Fortlaufende Analyse des globalen Immobilienportfolios (Eigentums- und Anmietstandorte in rund 60 Ländern) zur Identifikation von Handlungsansätzen für ein aktives Immobilienmanagement
  • Etablierung einer internationalen Immobiliendatenbank und strukturiertes globales Real Estate Reporting
  • Entwicklung von Wertsteigerungs- und Optimierungskonzepten auf Objektebene
  • Marktbeobachtung und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen bei Marktveränderungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Standortentscheidungen und Durchführung von Immobilientransaktionen (An- und Verkäufe) inklusive Verhandlungen und Due Diligence
  • Ergebnisverantwortung (inkl. Budgetplanung) für die im Eigentum befindlichen deutschen Objekte
  • Erstellung von Objektstrategien auf Basis von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und operativen Vorgaben der internen Geschäftsbereiche
  • Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams bestehend aus internationalen Real Estate Professionals sowie An- und Vermietungsexperten
  • Ausübung von Governance- und Support-Funktionen im internationalen Kontext
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams bei internationalen Immobilienprojekten
  • Auswahl, Beauftragung und Steuerung externer globaler Immobiliendienstleister
  • Erarbeitung qualifizierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den Vorstand und Beteiligung an internen Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen

Anforderungen an die Kandidaten:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Erfahrungen mit Märkten in Europa und China
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Real Estate Management
  • Ausgeprägte Immobilienaffinität und starke Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Disziplinarische Führungserfahrung von virtuellen und/oder physischen Teams
  • Umsetzungskompetenz und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Immobilienmärkte und ein vorhandenes Netzwerk in der Immobilienbranche
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilientransaktionen und Projektentwicklung
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS-Office-Produkten und SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistermentalität sowie nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • Erstellung von Objektstrategien auf Basis von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und operativen Vorgaben
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
