Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten: Im Mittelpunkt steht die Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Lösungen in verschiedenen Branchen bei unseren Kunden. Du sorgst für die modulübergreifende Beratung und das Customizing der SAP-Lösung. Du setzt Projekte zur Optimierung und Einführung von SAP-Lösungen kompetent um. Zudem übernimmst du die zentrale Koordination von Kundenanforderungen und agierst als beratender Kundenmanager. Bei der Durchführung von SAP-Projekten agierst du als (Teil-)Projektleiter und führst diese konzeptionell und eigenverantwortlich durch.

Anforderungen: Du bringst umfassende technische und prozessuale Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der SAP-Logistik-Module SD, MM, PP oder QM mit, einschließlich Customizing. Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP-Consulting mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, für die Senior-Position sind mindestens 6 Jahre erforderlich (die Rolle ist 2-3 Mal zu besetzen). Du bist eine durchsetzungsstarke Beraterpersönlichkeit mit einem guten Verständnis von Unternehmensprozessen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und optional gute Englischkenntnisse bringst du ebenfalls mit. Eine eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab.
