Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Team konzipierst und konfigurierst du unseren Microsoft 365 Tenant. Nach Abschluss der Pilotphase übernimmst du die Verwaltung des Tenants mit 15.000 Benutzern.
  • Wir setzen Microsoft 365 A5 umfassend ein, mit besonderem Fokus auf Dienste wie MS Purview Information Protection und MS Purview Compliance Manager, um die Sicherheit unserer Daten und Kommunikation zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich nutzen wir Apps wie Teams für die Zusammenarbeit, SharePoint Online für das Dokumentenmanagement und MS Intune für das Management unserer mobilen Endgeräte. Als Administrator profitierst du von der modernen und KI-unterstützten Hilfe durch MS Copilot für Security, um unsere Sicherheitsstrategien effektiv zu optimieren. Erfahrungen mit diesen oder ähnlichen Funktionen sind ein großer Vorteil. Unser Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit dir das volle Potenzial unserer Microsoft 365 Suite auszuschöpfen.
  • Du unterstützt unsere lokalen Systemadministratoren an den Schulen durch dein fundiertes Fachwissen zu den Produkten aus Microsoft Entra und Microsoft 365.
  • Du betreibst technisches Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb der Microsoft Cloud-Infrastruktur.
  • Du unterstützt komplexe IT-Services innerhalb des Stiftungsverbundes.
  • Du führst Projektarbeiten im Team durch, erkennst Optimierungspotential und entwickelst unsere Umgebung konzeptionell weiter.
  • Du konzipierst innovative Kollaborations- und Digitalisierungslösungen (z.B. die Implementierung des neuen Microsoft 365 Copilots) und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unserem Team um.
  • Du koordinierst die Kommunikation und den Einsatz externer Dienstleister und unterstützt bei der Beseitigung von Störungen (2nd und 3rd Level Support).
  • Du erstellst Dokumentationen für einen transparenten und nachvollziehbaren Workflow.

Anforderungen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker). Idealerweise bist du auf Microsoft spezialisiert und hast entsprechende Zertifizierungen.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als MS Systemadministrator, hast Verantwortung übernommen und warst an der Umsetzung von Projekten beteiligt.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft 365-Applikationen, Compliance, Security und Entra-Diensten.
  • Dein analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen hilft dir dabei, aktiv an Projekten mitzuwirken.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, trägst zu gemeinsamen Zielen bei und wertschätzt die Beiträge deiner Kollegen.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen und ein sehr gutes Verständnis der aktuellen Themen und Trends im Microsoft Cloud-Umfeld.
  • Du bist in der Lage, Unstimmigkeiten oder Meinungsverschiedenheiten konstruktiv zu adressieren und zu lösen.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen (C1 oder höher). Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
