Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Administration, Support und Implementierung unseres Cloud-Portfolios (WTG Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl).
  • Konfiguration von Freeswitch, FusionPBX, Datenbanken und weiteren Systemen.
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Cloud-Lösungen.
  • Technische Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Nutzung und Integration der Cloud-Dienste.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung und Implementierung neuer Funktionen und Features.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungen im SBC-Umfeld.
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Administration virtualisierter Serverumgebungen wie VMware, Windows und Linux.
  • Bearbeitung von technischen Incidents, Änderungen und Projekten im Bereich SIP und Session Border Controller.

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im IT-Bereich.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Telefonie und Cloud-Technologien.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SIP, SBC, Proxy, Linux und Datenbanken.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Outlook, Excel und Word.
  • Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Erfahrungen im technischen Kundensupport oder im Service Desk und Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen.
  • Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
