Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Planung, Organisation und Steuerung von Projekten.
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen (vor Ort und digital).
  • Testen und Dokumentieren von Fehlern und Entwicklungen.
  • Verwaltung von Hardware, Software, Systemen, Netzwerken und Firewalls.
  • Verwaltung der VoIP-Telefonie.
  • Recherche und Beschaffung von Hardware und Peripheriegeräten.
  • Betreuung und Behebung von Störungen der Netzwerk- und Server-Infrastruktur.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Starkes technisches Verständnis für IT-Systeme, einschließlich Windows Server, Active Directory, .NET und IIS.
  • Solide Datenbankkenntnisse, insbesondere mit Microsoft SQL Server sowie Cloud- und Speicherlösungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von mittleren bis großen IT-Projekten (mindestens 2 Jahre).
  • Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (Scrum) ist wünschenswert.
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau).
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Begeisterung für das Lernen über neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
